VIEW AND BOOK PILATES CLASSES
Clinical Pilates was developed by physiotherapists and is a version of traditional Pilates modified to provide a highly individualised and injury-specific form of therapeutic exercise.  Clinical Pilates is a safe and very effective exercise approach.

Who can benefit from 
Clinical Pilates?

All ages and abilities can benefit from Clinical Pilates.  It is effective in the rehabilitation of:
  • Lower back pain
  • Neck pain
  • Shoulder injuries
  • Sporting injuries
  • Pelvic pain/hip conditions 
  • Pre/post Natal Conditions
  • Arthritis
  • Poor posture 
  • Improved fitness and sporting ability
  • Prevention of injury 
  • Increased muscle strength, flexibility and tone

How are the classes run?

  • Individual assessment and exercise program developed by a physiotherapist
  • Close supervision of technique and graded exercises ensure safety and injury prevention
  • The use of special spring-loaded Pilates equipment such as the Reformer beds and Trapeze table. 
  • Exercise program designed so that you can continue to exercise at home.
  • Group classes with a maximum of three to four

Clinical Pilates Group Policy

  • All Clients wishing to participate in a group format must attend at least one individual session to ensure safety with the equipment and develop an individual program to achieve your goals
  • If you are attending a regular group time and wish to keep the desired time slot you must pay for either X6 or X10 sessions up front
  • An attendance receipt will be printed once all sessions have been used.  This receipt will be needed to claim health care rebates from your chosen health insurance provider
  • There will be a maximum of four people in a group
  • Groups run for 50 minutes
  • You may pay casually only if you don’t have a regular time or up to your first 2-3 group sessions
  • 24 hours cancellation notice is required if you are not able to make a group. If you do not attend your allocated session your class will be deducted from your package.
  • If you are away on holidays we are able to secure your spot for up to three weeks. These classes will not be deducted from your package as long as you advise us at least one week in advance of your intended absence.
  • Individual consideration will be given to all circumstances so please speak with your instructor if you have any concerns.

1-1 Review Consultation $83/$78

2-1 $55 per person ($110 total)
